On-Line Team Information Form: We will be using an on-line Google form to fill out athlete information. Please go to the link below, fill out the form, and hit the Submit button.
2025-2026 SHHS Information Form
Required Forms: Certain forms are required before an athlete may participate in practices (including weight lifting and dryland) or meets. Please note that the Physical Form must be signed by a physician and dated after APRIL 15, 2025.
This year we are using a service called RANK ONE to electronically submit forms to the school. To get started, go to https://www.rankone.com/Content and click on the "Parents Click Here" button at the top of their home page.

GENERAL TRAINING SCHEDULE: The training schedule is designed to provide the opportunity for each athlete to perform at his/her best at the Championship Meets. We do have practices during school breaks and off days. Why? Because the school schedule is not designed to pursue excellence in the sport of Swimming and Diving.
